Over time, I realized that design alone wasn’t enough—I wanted to be involved in understanding the "why," "what," and "how" of product usage. This led me to study Business Information Technology, allowing me to blend business acumen with design expertise.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work on a wide range of user-centered design (UCD) projects. I specialize in conducting thorough user research, whether it’s through interviews, surveys, or usability tests. The insights gained from this research enable me to develop detailed user personas, journey maps, and user flows that truly reflect the needs and goals of the users.
I enjoy leading brainstorming and design thinking workshops, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. From low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, I take pride in visualizing and refining design concepts using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Zeplin. My approach ensures that every project is grounded in user needs while aligning with business objectives.
In my roles, including as Senior UX/UI Specialist, I’ve also focused on developing comprehensive design systems that maintain consistency and scalability across digital products.
